This document regulates the contracting of products and/or services offered by ALEA COSMETIC through its Online Shop in exchange for an economic benefit, constituting the basic document that will regulate the contractual relationship between the parties. In such cases, ALEA COSMETIC will contact the Customer to inform them of the situation and offer alternatives that may be of interest to them. If you do not accept the recommendations, we will cancel your order in relation to the products that we cannot supply and we will refund the amount equivalent to the price of said products. The refund of these sums of money will be the limit of our liability to you in the event that we are unable to supply you with the products ordered. Very occasionally, the prices of the products shown in our Online Shops may be incorrectly specified and show a lower price than the corresponding price due to an error. When the Customer is in this situation, and always in the event that the order has been confirmed by ALEA COSMETIC, we will contact the Customer immediately in order to issue a new order confirmation with the correct price. In the event that the correct price is much higher than the price shown on the website, the Customer shall have the right to cancel the order and we shall refund the amount already paid.

. Shipping costs (€6) are not included in the price of the products. The delivery service charges are payable by the Customer and will be added to the total amount of the products selected in the purchase summary step. Payment by credit/debit card:
If you choose to pay by card, the Customer's order cannot be taken into account and will not be processed until the payment has been authorised by your bank or cashier. Online payment by credit card is carried out via the "Secure Socket Layer" security system, which encrypts your bank details when they are transmitted over the Internet. For security reasons, ALEA COSMETIC verifies all orders paid by credit card. We accept Visa and MasterCard cards registered in the Verified by Visa secure payment system. In addition, for any order, payment may be processed through the 3-D Secure system, through which an SMS is sent to the Customer with a code to be entered during the payment process in order to verify their identity.

. Once the purchase has been made, the corresponding invoice will be issued. Both will include a breakdown of Value Added Tax, if applicable, and shipping costs.

. ALEA COSMETIC ships the products purchased through the Online Shop to customers residing in the Iberian Peninsula, except the Balearic Islands, Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla.

. The shipping costs for the purchase made are €6. On the website, specifically in the shopping basket, the amount of the shipping costs is indicated before the purchase is made.

. Shipping on purchases over 25 € will be free of charge. This will be specified and will be selected, by default, in the purchase summary.

. ALEA COSMETIC will ship the products in sealed boxes with a security seal.

. We will send the products to the Customer to the delivery address given in the personal data form filled in by the Customer.

If the desired item is in stock at the time the order is placed, the period between placing the order and the delivery date will be 3 working days (excluding Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays), counting from our validation of the payment received. In this respect, orders placed after 12.00 noon will be processed the following day. In other words, for orders placed between 00.00 and 11.59 (midday), the period for revocation or modification of the order will end at 12.00 noon on the same day. If the order is placed after 15.00 hours, the period of revocation or modification of the order will end at 12.00 hours the following day.
If the item is not in stock at the time of placing the order and is not expressly specified in the Online Shop, we will contact the Customer personally to inform him/her of the situation and offer suitable alternatives.

. If, for any reason attributable to ALEA COSMETIC, the aforementioned period is exceeded, we will inform the Client of the incident and will propose alternative solutions.

. We will deliver the product once we have verified that the payment has been correctly executed.

. For his part, the Customer undertakes to ensure that he or another designated person is at the address indicated to receive the parcel. If the Customer is not present the first time, the carrier will insist once again the following day. All products offered in the ALEA COSMETIC Online Shop comply with the quality standards set by the European Union in the manufacture of cosmetic products. All products offered are original products of the brand and, in principle, free of defects. In the event of detecting any type of defect, the Client should contact our Customer Service Department by e-mail at, or by telephone on 93 860 81 11. If the defect is found to be true, we undertake to replace it with a new one or make the corresponding payment within 14 days of delivery. In this case, ALEA COSMETIC shall bear all the costs of returning the product and sending the new or repaired product.


At ALEA COSMETIC we understand that sometimes the product you receive is not what you expected. For this reason, we have designed a flexible returns policy to ensure that the experience in our Online Shop is as satisfactory as possible. Although the products purchased by the Customer are received by him/her in perfect condition, if the Customer is not satisfied with any of them, he/she can exchange or return them. In the event that they are returned, the Customer will receive a refund of the price of the products within 14 working days of receipt of the returned products by ALEA COSMETIC. In the event that you wish to exchange them, you must pay the difference if the price of the returned product is lower than the new one. If, on the other hand, the returned product is more expensive than the new one, ALEA COSMETIC undertakes to reimburse the difference within 14 days. In any case, the Customer shall be responsible for the return shipping costs. In addition, for the return to be accepted by ALEA COSMETIC, the following conditions must be met:

. The Client must notify ALEA COSMETIC of their wish to return the product by sending an email to If this prior notification is not made, it will not be possible to process the return.

. ALEA COSMETIC will not accept the return of the product when it shows obvious signs of having been used.

. To carry out the return it will be necessary that the product is delivered with the packaging in perfect condition, that the product and its accessories are in perfect condition, as well as that the product is packaged in such a way that it is not possible to damage it during transport.

. On the other hand, if the Customer receives damaged or defective products, ALEA COSMETIC shall bear the cost of returning the order. In these cases, the Customer may choose between receiving a full refund of their order (which will be carried out within 14 working days from the date of receipt of the order), receiving the same product again (within 72 hours) or exchanging it for another product. In the latter case, the Customer must pay the difference if the price of the returned product is lower than the new one. If, on the other hand, the returned product is more expensive than the new one, ALEA COSMETIC will reimburse the difference within 14 days. In any case, whether the Customer decides to receive the same product again or to exchange it for another, ALEA COSMETIC shall also bear the shipping costs of this new delivery.
